If you are pregnant, it is strongly advised that you only participate in Pregnancy Yoga, Restful Yin & Yoga Nidra, Gentle Glow, Yin Yoga, Beginners Yoga, and Restore and Revive classes for the health and safety of both the baby and the mother. Yoga during pregnancy is contraindicated during the first trimester. The highest risk for miscarriage occurs during this time, as it is when embryo implantation and placenta attachment to the uterus take place. It is best to prioritize rest and relaxation until energy levels return to normal, which typically happens during the second trimester. If you are unsure, it is recommended that you consult with your doctor. Clients who suspect they may be pregnant are strongly advised to seek medical advice before purchasing a Membership. Our priority is always the safety and well-being of our clients.

We recommend that you consult with your GP or physician before attending the class, and get clearance before starting classes with us. You can also talk to the teacher before a class on zoom via the chat function, or email us ahead of time.

Please contact us via email or webchat with the number on your voucher. If you have an account already set up we can add the balance to your account and activate your membership.
